Pretty Lights

Hailing out of Colarado, Pretty Lights came onto the music scene in 2009 and has been making consistently good beats since then. One of the main reasons why I like Pretty Lights is that he somewhat has his own style and is very different then a lot of other electronic producers. His music crosses a lot of genres and he creates glitchy hip-hop beats, buzzing synth lines, and vintage funk and soul samples. His stuff from from 2009 - 2010 are more "chill" and glitchy songs. The first song is from his original CD that was released in 2006, Taking Up Your Precious Time. The next two are from an EP he released in 2010, Making Up A Changing Mind.

Finally Moving - Pretty Lights

Total Fascination - Pretty Lights

Easy Way Out - Pretty Lights

These next three songs have been released this year I believe. Country Roads is an amazing song mixing dubstep and country, a combination I thought I would never hear. I Know the Truth is a good dubstep song with a good ol' wobble and Hot Like Sauce is back to his glitchy hip-hop roots.

Country Roads (Pretty Lights Remix) - John Denver

I Know the Truth - Pretty Lights

Hot Like Sauce - Pretty Lights
