Wub-Wub-Wednesday #2

Hello everyone, I hope all the Canadians out there had an awesome long weekend and to all the Americans, Happy 4th of July. I will be posting mainly dubstep tunes for these posts maybe a little bit of other stuff but this post is mainly dedicated to dubstep, enjoy.

Old-School Dubstep

Make Our Day - Funtcase     -     Sick song from a sick producer from the UK. Funtcase has been producing dubstep for a while, this tune has elements of the old school prominent wobble and bass wobble as well as the grimey-ness and filth in the wobble.

King George - Caspa & Rusko     -     A classic dubstep tune from two of the greats, they make magic when they work on something together. Song is very chill, with sick basslines and guest starring a flute.

The Streets - The Killabits     -     The Killabits are a dubstep duo from Canada. They are usually on tour with Zeds Dead and play many shows in Toronto. They haven't been around for a while and most of their songs I would classify as the newer and more wild dubstep, but this song has all the elements of older dubstep, sick wobble with lots of bass.

Brostep/Crazy/Wild Dubstep

Ignition - Downlink     -     This is your typical newer type of crazy dubstep, some people call it "brostep", I just like it call it wild. I still thoroughly enjoy listening to the newer stuff but some songs can just get out of hand. This song has a crazy wobble and this is the closest you'll get to "transformers having sex".

Crush On You (Knife Party Remix) - Nero     -     More of a drum and bass/drumstep song. Sick remix by Knife Party.

Macho - Bukez Finezt     -     Sick sounds, melody, bass, good dubstep song.

Newly Discovered/New Released

Mercy (Figure Remix) - Kanye West     -     Love Figure's stuff, sick remix of a Kanye West song. Lots o' bass and lots o' wobble.

Bulls on Parade (Styles&Complete Remix) - Rage Against the Machine     -     Pretty cool remix, they turned the main guitar riff into a dubstep wobble which is sick.
